For this part of the process, we went out into the world to find more people who would fit into the user group we had decided to focus on in our needfinding process - high school students and educators. It was important to us to find unique perspectives and hear stories from those we may have missed earlier. We learned a lot about the current education system that surprises us, which was revealed when we dove deeper into each person’s point of view.
