In this milestone, we reached our end goal of "reduc[ing] anxiety of newcomer and allow[ing] them to relax and let their personality shine". However, we approached it from the angle of constant presence by a member of the dominant culture - a angle that we would later refine through user testing and prototyping.

HMW: Make newcomers feel supported at ALL TIMES.
Intermediate Darkhorse Idea:
Attach a newcomer and a member of the dominant culture, so that the newcomer can have support and guidance at ALL TIMES, and not feel like they are going at it alone.
