Our goal is to empower customers by helping them shop more efficiently and to allow shopkeepers to do more of what they love: interact with customers.

Problem & Solution Overview

While some enjoy shopping, others see it as a difficult task that involves doing research online, navigating huge stores, and wasting lots of time. Many wish they had the store knowledge and product expertise that would allow them to shop quickly and confidently. Shopkeepers and store workers possess the knowledge that customers need, but few customers reach out for help.

To solve this problem, we developed ShopKeep, an app that allows users to find and remember their favorite items, locate items within the store, and immediately find a store employee when they need help.
