The Loved One and The Smartwatch

  • Continuously reads the wearer's Heart Rate, Sleep Patterns, and Location. Automatically sends the information to caretaker's smartphone.
  • 2 Button Selections make for easy signaling in both non-critical incidents and serious emergencies:
    1. Sends a Distress Alert, which alerts the caretaker's smartphone to a non-critical incident.
    2. Sends an Emergency Alert, which automatically calls 9-1-1 and alerts the caretaker's smartphone.
  • Vibrates during alarms set by the caretaker.
  • Easy to use. No knowledge of technology required. Minimal need for interaction.

  • Logs the smartwatch wearer's heart rate pattens, sleep patterns, and location history.
  • Provides guidance and interprets information for the caretaker, e.g. "This heart rate is too high and increased too suddenly. High risk of heart attack."

    • Automatic Health Warning when the system detects an unsafe health figure or pattern.
    • Distress Alert
