Solutions and Experience Prototyping
We conducted needfinding interviews with an additional two participants. We then develop three POV statements based on our most compelling interviews, using these three profiles to brainstorm How Might We statements, which in turn helped us generate potential solutions. We created and tested three Experience Prototypes to test important assumptions encoded in each of our top three solutions.
