We interviewed 7 people ranging from an expert crowd researcher to an extreme member of the crowd. We learned about a diversity of perspectives, eventually narrowing our focus to reducing surplus and waste by leveraging crowd power.

We conducted a second round of focused interviews in order to formulate Point of Views for our potential users. We then created and tested 3 experience prototypes in order to more clearly define our product.

We developed user tasks and then storyboarded and filmed a concept video for our product. Alex Tran starred as a hopeless romantic in a modern-day love story.

We created numerous design sketches for diverse implementations of our product and then built a low-fi prototype of our best design. We then performed a series of simple usability tests leveraging PoP software in order to gain feedback on our interface and workflow.

We first redesigned our low-fi prototype interfaces to incorporate the feedback from our usability testing. We then implemented a medium-fi prototype using Marvel and Sketch.

We all completed a heuristic evaluation for another group's prototype. We then aggregated our usability comments and prepared a report. Below is the report made by the group who reviewed Munch.

We reviewed the results from our heuristic evaluation and enumerated the user interface challenges we wanted to fix. We then refined our medium-fi prototype and implemented a native iOS app.

We created a poster depicting our process and final hi-fi prototype. We also prepared a single slide pitch of our app.
