Using the information gleaned from the needfinding stage and some additional interviews we conducted, we brainstormed various Points of View and How Might We statements. We then tested three experience prototypes.

We sketched out various design realizations, build a low-fidelity prototype of the best idea, and performed usability tests with this prototype.

After creating our medium-fidelity prototype, we had 4-5 people go through our prototype and do a heuristic evaluation to help us pinpoint what the biggest user painpoints currently were. We also were beginning our hi-fi prototype and had a milestone check-in at this point.
