OnTop.ipa Team Manager/iOS developer: Matthew Millett Website manager: Pascal Odek Design/Testing: Pallabi Ghosh Graphics: Alec Douglas SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: This app is designed to be run on an iPhone 5S using iOS 8.1. No notifications have been implemented yet and the settings button doesn’t work. INSTALLATION: Go to http://install.diawi.com/t3VrbV And press the “Install application” button. OPERATION: To find a free block of time, swipe left or right on the time listed at the top of the home screen. To assign a task to that block of time, press the green “+” button by any of the listed tasks. The app will warn if the task takes longer than that free block of time. A details screen will pop up on every free block of time that has a task assigned to it. To cancel a task you’ve assigned for a particular time, just press the “x” button. To create a new task, press the “Add task” button at the bottom of the home screen. A screen will come up asking you to name the task, give it an amount of time you think it’ll take, and allow you to add details. Press the big green “Done” button at the bottom to add it to the task list and bring you back to the home screen. NOTE: at this point, adding additional task details actually hides the big green “done” button instead of sliding it up to be visible. Just press the blue “Done” button on the keyboard to make it visible again. To invite a friend to a task you chosen, press the “Invite friends” button at the bottom of the home screen. (Once you have chosen a task for a particular free block, the name of the bottom button changes from “Add task” to “Invite friends”. It will create a message with pre-loaded text containing the task name and free block, and you can send to anyone in your contacts list or any phone number you enter. (It’s the standard iOS Messages interface.) To turn on the “do not disturb” mode, press the power button in the top right corner of the home screen. (NOTE: This currently does nothing but hide the app screen– in a real implementation it will turn off notifications from the app.) Tap the big power button in the center to turn it off again.
