You should create one or more storyboards to illustrate how a dancing exercise system might work. In case you're not familiar with storyboards, they are comic-strip like sequences of sketches that illustrate the usage of a system in a real-world scenario. You needn't include every little detail of your system's functionality, but you should show the entire process from the time the user decides to turn it on until they are done. If you are uncertain about particular design choices, you should storyboard a few alternate designs.
The evaluation metrics you should use as you come up with these designs are:
- is it easy?
- is it fun?
- is it accessible?
- is it exercise?
In addition, we would like you to write up a persona for each storyboard you design. That is, a one-sentence description of the ideal user for your system. We'd like you to include the personas with your storyboards. While we would like to see a number of different personas, we would like you to avoid highly-impaired users (e.g., people in wheelchairs or walkers) and highly-active users (e.g., people who go hiking or go to ballroom dance every weekend).
