TEAM EVALUATION, DUE TUESDAY 07 JUNE AT 11:59PM

Each individual student must submit a team evaluation by 07 June 2005 (Tuesday) at 11:59pm. This evaluation will focus on the group process, each group member's contribution to the group and the project, and the student’s own contribution to group and project.

This is not to be taken as a chance to rant. Instead, it should be seen as a chance to exercise your constructive critiquing skills. You should write the evaluation as if your fellow group members would read it, although we will not share these evaluations with your fellow group members. (We do not forbid you from sharing them, however.) If you feel that dimensions outside of your group (e.g., class organization, TA, instructor) contributed positively or negatively to the process, please include these in the response to the final question below.

Length is not specified, but you do not need to write overly much; a short paragraph per question is sufficient. Remember, this is to be a brief, reflective, constructive evaluation of activities and contributions all around.

1.    Division of labor

Give each person's contribution (including your own) as a percentage, such that the percentages add up to 100%.

2.    Group process

How well did your group members work together? Topics may include communication, leadership, conflict management, and/or other team dynamics, as applicable.

3.    Group members' contributions

Evaluate each of your fellow group member’s contributions to the group and the project, both positive and negative.

4.    Your contributions

Evaluate your own contributions to the group and the project, both positive and negative.

5.    Other comments

Please add any other comments you have about your group or project.

Thanks for a great quarter!
